The section continues, “… Bed and Breakfast establishments, boarding homes, dormitories or multiple units, or any other similar lodging arrangements are specifically prohibited.”Section 3 – Commercial Use – states, “…no part of a Lot or Dwelling shall be used or caused to be used or allowed or authorized in any way, directly or indirectly, for any business, commercial, manufacturing, mercantile, storing, vending, or other such nonresidential purposes…”.

Instead, I have established a donor advised fund (DAF) for charitable giving during and after my death. 

Established borrowers are not paying interest of loans that have matured and WE the investors have our money stuck doing nothing.  

Instead of 5% for cap ex and maintenance respectively, perhaps 3%.

It's been a great privilege to work with the City of Maple Heights to establish the egress window codes in alignment with the Ohio Building Codes, so the residents can begin to have safe and beautifully renovated properties when there is such a need.

.: You’re late to the party, but its still possible, you will just be getting the deals all of the establish investors have passed over.  

Once i have the network established, I might consider STR in future.
