Even though that can be valuable so you don't reinvent the wheel, the problem is you will still need resources (like credit, net worth, access to private capital, professional management, etc) for you to be successful.My advice is don't pay someone that amount (and based on your post, it does not sound like you have that money anyway).Instead, seek out someone in your local market who is successful at what you want to do.

To me, it makes sense to allocate resources, if available, to learning proven processes and implementing systems rather than reinventing the wheel.
