With 130k invested, and a worth of over 250k at it's peak, it's really easy to get to 500k+ of total transactions.

My home in Lake O here went from 500k to 1.5 in 10 years  just got my tax bill.. so not sure what % that is but its still 1 mil in equity And I suspect it probably peaked to a great degree .. compared to say areas that price points were 80k and they went up 10% a year for 10 years granted they made some upside equity about 100k to 120k but not nearly as much in real dollars.

If Florida is at the end of near the end of its correction, wouldn't it be better to get in now, get a decent deal, than wait until the market peaks again?
