CPA/Lawyers are Contractors but you need to be or outsource someone to be your Architect.

@John Matarazzo I always try to outsource what I can so it frees me up to focus on money-making activities.

I really like the idea of testing scripts then outsourcing it so I can focus on the more important tasks.

I am kind of lazy investor and would like to just outsource those setup / management work as much as possible.

If you decide to outsource management, your experience working in a property management company will give you a perspective of that side of the business that most investors will never see or appreciate.

What's the main reason you have opted to outsource your laundry services?

I love every min of it, but my biggest fear is my customer service will start to slip; I refuse to let that happen.So I'm at the point where i need to hire or outsource.

Everything else in business can be outsourced assuming you put in the detailed SOPs in place or hire experienced people that are PRO's in such areas to execute upon these tasks. 

I would never want to outsource that information outside the country.
