We are a two yes outfit. 

I purchased a Quadplex in August knowing that it still ran off of original fuse boxes and was outfitted with cloth covered wiring. 

I've invested with FIG and the projections (perhaps suprisingly given some of the other outfits that tend to inflate things) I have found are pretty accurate.

I have bought properties sub2 many times without the lender making a deal of it, but usually the lender was a larger bank Chase, Wells Fargo, Bank Of America etc.I looked up lender info and it appears they are in 7-8 states so it doesn’t seem to be a mom and Pop outfit.

Because this guy...Warren Buffett....he invested 5 billion in cash in a little outfit called Goldman Sachs and got 10% dividends....he seemed to think it was a pretty good deal.   

I looked at an 8 Cap in Little Havana the other day in the early afternoon...less than a block away there were several homeless persons under the I-95 overpass and ladies in skimpy outfits on the street corner; I'm pretty sure I witnessed a drug purchase about 2 blocks away.

I've considered hiring a contractor to do the whole job, but numbers came in so high that I started over and began calling the smaller outfits -- you know the ones.

There are some poorly outfitted container apartments renting at 300/week here now.

The turnkey business is fueled by people who live in expensive markets like Washington who need a full turnkey outfit to handle their investments as they can't do it themselves.

I'm a CA rental property investor (with a few out of state properties as well) that has been looking for a good umbrella insurance outfit.
