Let’s not even get into 70% of nationwide PM companies illegally tapping into the trust fund to support their operating expenses… Complete fraud…If we from the beginning could have had 3rd party PM, our turnkey sales would have easily been 10x.At the end of the day, investors don’t need to go with our in-house PM, although it is encouraged.
