Thank you guys, I fell ill with the flu just recovering. 

They even agreed to frame their offer as a "Short Pay", which is a less restrictive version of a Short Sale.But I can't quite come up with the exact process to get this closed, and the mortgage holder is starting to get irritated.  

Sorry if I came off harsh as I sometimes get irritated when people advocate operating unethically ( because future new investors will read this post and have the same thoughts ) so thats why I just felt it my obligation to make that mention.  

If tourism drops for whatever reason (military coups, bird flu, earthquakes, typhoons etc) I'm screwed.The one overriding factor in this debate for myself is that I love Pai.

Things like this can irritate me as well. 

If they make it through these then I might ask for something to be changed if the project can be done slightly differently, again irritation, rudeness,  etc and they get cut.
