I would definitely look into seeing if there are any AirBNB arbitrage companies operating in the area that may be willing to take it on. 

You also have to build in holding costs, investor capital, operating costs etc.

You'll need to do a lot of learning on the order of operations.

Now they have exchanges, which are still not as secure as they are advertised to be by the operators. 

That is why I say I don't think it is a good plan (for my lead generation standards) BUT you will more than likely get lucky and snag one deal... or 2

You could form an LLC and have the operating agreement that allows your boss to require you to purchase his membership interest (or allow you to purchase his) in a given time frame.

Do you see these as a way to scale up in size of investments (and to consolidate several properties into one perhaps) and to make the income generated from them as a more passive income stream.
