All 4 of our units had groups of football fans in town for the draft.

Lake Michigan is a huge attraction for otherwise boring Indiana.. there is a train that runs from chicago and stops in michigan city and south bend (Notre Dame football home), and Chicago-ans come down in the summer to swim and boat.

Every time I touched the leaking one I got electrocuted but I have so much nerve damage from football that it took me a while to figure out why my arm felt weird haha.

Football is a team sport and you can’t win alone so think of investing the same way.

Is there a military base nearby, or a concert venue, wedding venues, hospitals/universities (graduations/football games/etc)   or some type attractions?

You are telling your clients to invest their hard earned money in an area that is hosting a 3 hour football game next year?

More damage and work IMHO, but it could work.Of course you will get some traveling parents/families for EWU football games etc.

On top of all of that, it boasts one of the best college football teams Ohio state buckeyes, which is very well known and has a cult following, and attracts a lot of people to the games
