I work for a boutique shop in the antique district on orange ave.

It is a nice area in a great school district.

Now, if you had a prime apartment in the Mission district of San Francisco, I might say do it (barring the short term rental laws that are now in place).

I've helped fellow investors purchase multi-families from the Central District of Seattle, north through Lynnwood and up into Everett.

Hot spots in my town are going to be located closer to the Cultural district lately.
