Having a good team is important -- especially with lenders, title company and contractors. 

Do you know of any tools that can do a full end to end deal analysis, as well as looking at title, calculating cash flows, and giving a full picture of the investment potential of a property?

We currently have a contract assignment with the title company, and it's set to close soon. expecting the ROI soon, keep it up!

That takes a title company and a couple of contracts, but none of your own money.

The lease will supersede any transfer of title, so, it is not necessary.
