Dress nicely when you show it, vs looking like a guy who just removed the shingles from the roof.Rental concessions (1 month free) might work better than lowering the rent.The unit needs to be competitive with the local competition (reason for pics), and priced accordingly.Are your deposit requirements in line with the local competition, you are not operating in a vacuum.
