After my first baby girl was born I needed a more flexible schedule to tend to my kid so I quit my wonderful pharm tech job and become an insurance/financial representative with COUNTY Financial.

I have managed to go from broke to flipping 100's of houses in just a few years.  

Probably by reading all this about me you know already my MAIN GOAL, but here is what my thought process is, how I will get there, first I broke my goal in small goals:first goal - to drop all my bills to zero and buy my first property to generate my monthly rentsecond goal - to buy enough properties to generate a cash flow to match my yearly income third goal -  to go full time real estate and close as many deals I can in order to provide for my family  a better life now at the end I just want to THANK YOU JOSH AND BRANDON  for what you guys doing and to all BP family , happy to be here and looking forward to my learning process

Also I've been studying REI for about month so don't follow my advice blindly you'll go broke lol

I know that I'm broke now, but one day I won't be.

Thank you everyone for caring and offering assistance to the "new guys/girls".

I had them install carpet and they pulled the van in the backyard and backed it on to the patio and broke a bunch of pavers and rutted up the yard.

I think what Neal Collins is saying, is while your tenant is agreeing he broke the lease, it doesn't mean he wants to be evicted.

PS- some of us that have passionate opinions are broke, in debt to our eyeballs and have yet to follow our own advice about getting a cash-flowing, off-market deal.
