Most of the foreclosures in the Verde Valley are reverse mortgage deaths and they take forever. 

A LO told me that because I could not show 2 years of rental income that rental income would not be counted, leaving my DTI ratio high because It looks like I am paying for the house from my annual salary (which i am not).

I'm trying to sell my flip at the moment and have had multiple offers on a LC and a LO, but I'm holding off at the moment in hopes for straight up sale.

Im looking to move to PR Sept/Oct under the 20/22 law to buy condos in Isla Verde purely for Airbnb or booking.com short term rentals. 

I agree with Steve Vaughan in the sense that I alos envy your capability of separating the business from the rest of your life and being able to stop.

hey shellyI just put together a new contract for my month to month renterall info was based on our area and the rents in the area for like propertyI gave them 20 days to fill out the new contract and pay the rent by the first of the month with a security depositlow and behold they decided to move out- oh wellthey were in the property about a year with the lowest deal in the verde valley plus all utilities includedmy add that is out has already generated 4 interested parties with no reserves about the propertymake the price right and make sure all your expenses are paid by the tenant and I believe you will have no problems finding a renterenjoy

Picked it up as the court ordered the sale and cut it off before it was ever listed, but it would have been, So, they will show up in listings.However, I'm not familiar with nthese sites, so can't say, but I have never seen a "listing" that was a great deal, The broker or agent always jacks the price, since that is alos in their best interest.I think the best deals come from keeping an ear to the ground, what's in the grapevine and knowing people in the area you're interested in.
