@Pam Horne Welcome.At our last Movers and Shakers we listed all the potential Partners/Service providers that an Investor needs. and we're gearing up for a big meeting July 26.They used to include our contact info in the signatures when we became $90/year members but BP has increased the fee.

Even if sued this is far cheaper than hiring movers renting storage etc etc you'll prevail in court because the plaintiff won't know who to ask the right questions to.

Issue him the proper notice for unpaid rent and proceed to eviction, if you can get the tenant to agree to move without going to eviction, I'd at least try, offer to pay for a truck and some movers to assist him in moving, or ask him what he needs to move within a week so that you can get possession again and get a paying tenant in ASAP.
