im a little bit worried but very happy i never drove down there to look at the 12000$ row houses i saw for sale a year ago when i was poking around jersey CL....I am all for a peaceful protest but i know in nyc many peaceful protests go on to block traffic in midtown manhattan and close down bridges while the police look on and stand on the side lines like a bunch of trained miniature poodles....  

It may have been overlooked because religious organizations are tax exempt and perhaps bidders were afraid it would be voided. 

The owner does not want to dissolve the organization, she just wants to get rid of the building.

@Brandon Turner We went through the same thing recently and had to come up with  system to keep book keeping organized. 

I am not extremely experienced as I have only done one deal but one thing I've learned is how key organization is.

Tells me even traffic patterns can spell the success or failure of commercial locations.

The LLC was only to keep the partnership separate and organized, but the ability to do a cash-out refi outweighs the benefits of the LLC for sure.

I have am finding houses with ease but need help with funding and organization and putting a system in place to cover all the bases.
