Near Bart stations.

I am a US Marine stationed overseas in El Salvador but am leaving within the next few days to Ethiopia.

I am currently stationed overseas and I am looking to start out In wholesaling in preparation for bigger real estate deals. 

I am originally from Oregon and currently stationed in North Carolina in the Marine Corps.

However the apartment complex is in kind of a bubble - its surrounded by a school, police station, and social security office, and is right next to another lower-income apartment complex.  

Drug stores or large gas stations generally pay the most money.

I watched the Holiday station get burned to the ground on 46th and the Walgreens get looted.   

I have been there several times over the years (was former Air Force stationed there in SA).

Or I would have to wait until then to sell.There is little to no equity as I refinanced recently to cut some of the loss for a lower payment.As far as primary residence that would not be possible as I am stationed in Virginia currently and will be for at least the next 3 years.
