Found quickly we had to be a little selective to keep some sale agenda folks out. 

You can find something that needs a little bit of work and house hack which means live there while you remodel at your own pace.

At the pace you seem to be moving and how you've responded, it seems like you are aggressive and seeking for another rental property (even though it's super hard to find right now) but it'll pop up.

You have to go at a pace you can keep up with.

I hear alot of how diverse Baltimore can be from block to block so once I am in the states a few trips to Baltimore will be on the agenda! 

Remodeling of the church is well underway at a staggering pace towards completion.

Rents have not kept pace, so the thin-margin properties no longer work.

However, there is often a lack of understanding of what other posters write because people have personal agendas on forums.

Take some folks to lunch and just talk to them with no agenda.
