I'm also currently selling a gas station, on the East coast of Florida, that a CA tax deed fund had bought without all the facts, and has ended up spending thousands and thousands of dollars in EPA issues for leaking gas tanks. 

I am also concerned by people who write down their ideas as if they are giving solid advice, even though they clearly don't have the experience; like a gas station attendant giving best-guess directions to a place with which he/she is not adequately familiar. 

You will have to get direct from the police station in those areas.If you are thinking of buying an apartment complex for example but crime around it isn't bad but just the complex then you can buy and clean house.

You have to have pretty good content to get picked up by those stations and brands.

You don't get free gas at the filling station, either.

If it wasn't 30 years and 2 inheritances ago and the home isn't in an industrial area (i.e. old gas station or something), I wouldn't bother trying to re-insure the title.

Way back once upon a time (late 70's) I was a DJ at a college radio station.

Personally, this type of auction leaves a bad taste in my mouth.I saw a news story on a local station regarding this auction after the first day.

I would like to have a card that has no annual fee and gives back some cash (2-3% money back at gas stations, 1% everywhere else).If someone could point me to the right one, I will be very grateful!
