You’ll want to differentiate the good ones from the not so good, and that should give you a much better idea of what your options are.

They also have a "reserve" fee in which they collect 10% of every credit card transaction and hold it for 90 days before releasing it back. 

I have done small flips and rehabs over the years and mostly a buy n hold type of investor.

However, I have not built my team yet (real estate agent, lender, property manager), and I’m not sure about owning a property I cannot visit and monitor myself, given my inexperience as an investor.Economic Outlook: I’m a bit concerned about the economic outlook but can hold onto the property even with lower rent.My Questions:1- Should I sell the property now and look for better deals, considering the declining market trends and my decreasing cash flow?

It's likely that you have an idea of how skilled the seller is, right?

Being flexible on day 1 tells the tenant that you are up for being flexible and many will continue to test that flexibility in many other ways...bad idea.

My vision was this summer to rehab the home as a primary residence but now needing some creative ideas of what to do once we do a tear down.
