My LLC names are generic-ish to the street name.  

I was thinking in the spirit of Michael Wagner's previous lunch meetup that we could try and organize a monthly lunch meeting for those interested as a supplement to the FFREIA meetings.

Or should I just incorporate stating that the LLC is meant for the management of real estate and supplemental investment activities?

Maybe you just love to visit and want to supplement some of the cost.

Use it to supplement your existing marketing methods.

Its better to get going then stick to generic rules.As far as finding deals.

On a DSCR loan, this is the only income on the loan, and on conventional it is a supplement to the borrower's other income. 

The generic one he sent me from his relator was unacceptable so I said I will make a contract. 

@Garrett Stockton many have tried, and more more are trying to use software to streamline and replace/supplement people in the process.All sounds good on parper - then you have to deal with lazy & tech-UNsavvy tenants and owners who want everything spoonfed to them.
