Any great tours to take?

Most seasoned brokers/agents move to the listing side over the years and manage inventory as you can generally only take out one set of buyers at a time unless using a bus/van tour etc.

Currently own 2-units and SFHs all built in the 80s/90s.I toured a 10 and 12 unit building recently and they are built in 1950 and 1970. 2bd and 3bd units. 

Had a lookie loo today who owns a boxer dog ESA i told her to bring to the tour she had an excuse why not but had photos which she also didnt show me.

You are allowed to have one Homeowners Exemption as tour Primary Residence.  

I send them detailed virtual tours, run comps, and help them calculate their ROI for each unit to see if they will have decent cash flow.

Our local REI club is wonderful, but it has expenses that have to be paid -- speakers, a place to meet, a classroom for courses, tours of rehab houses, etc...

(that's how many seats in a tour bus-- gotta move those tourists around somehow.)Now if they want to give up the stupid idea that they will tax food and then rebate the food tax to everyone with a SS #, then I might support the idea.

And since tripling did not do the trick we have not gone high enough.Wait until you see European gas prices, they are paying $8/gallon right NOW!
