At this point I will either get a license and do these deals here or do them virtually in one of the states you mentioned (I would have to partner with a wholesaler in one of those states who can do the groundwork while I provide him with good leads, contracts, tenant screening, etc.)Just to clarify, If I got my license, the assignment of lease option would be perfectly legal?
