But you will have to hold the property several years to get your money back, often with negative cash flow.

I doubt there's any damage they could have done in 8 days that would necessitate holding back any form of the deposit but that could vary depending on what you see in the unit.

Can you wholesale deals if the sellers rights are quit claim limited, am I able to get a warranty deed from a seller who holds a quit claim
