Right now I'm going around handing out flyers saying I can buy cash, quick close, the usual things everyone else advertises, asking people if they know anyone selling their home in the area and if they do I can give them a referral fee.

i started with my DM campaign , 500 people a month for 6 month, i have a website but didn't do any campaign yet online, I'm driving for dollars and i want to build some system that will grow and work for me ,please shoot your thoughts about that , who will you hire?

Hey Jan- just out of curiosity, how did you end up advertising this rental?

I've seen homes advertised for very reasonable prices, but I don't really know those neighborhoods.

In service is when the property is advertised as available for rent and it is ready to be rented out

I'd keep advertising and see if you have other qualified applicants.Check landlord tenant laws for MN  and other posts on BP regarding service animals.MMHA is Minnesota multi housing association and is good source for landlords. 

Hello everyone,I was wondering if there is any wholesalers out there who only send out postcards in there mailing campaigns.

You could start advertising now so you can cover as soon as the vacancy occurs and make the ability to co-operate with showings a condition of any agreement.  

We did not have any major capital improvements, pretty much everything done to the property was either a repair and or supplies, advertisements standard.
