Go to facebook and type in "Business Owners California" or "Orange County Business Owners" or some combination of that (and maybe a few other key words).

I have done tons of sfh's mobile homes and even small apartment type houses but never a full complex.

It's not common (because audits are rare), but this type of reclassification does happen and is messy when it does.
