I dont really know for sure where to post this,,,if it needs moved thats fine.I became aware for the first time about a year ago after googling Federal pacific breakers,,,as I was shopping for some double thin ones to stretch box space. 

Can I just relabel the unused 2 boxes as say "unit 11" and "unit 12" and get mail delivered?  

To succeed in this business, you have to think out of the box, do what other investors are not doing, reach out to leads that investors have marked "unmotivated sellers" or "difficult to reach" and then educated yourself on how to convert these unmotivated sellers into deals.What type of distress properties do you target?

I'm just trying to think outside of the box to in a way local investors already are not.
