We have brought many intriguing deals his way in the past months but he always seems to get cold feet at the last second, being that this is the first time he has participated in this kind of deal, and letting great opportunities pass.We have been working diligently on finding deals, creating a rockstar team, and even working on obtaining RE licenses, all in attempt to execute on a BRRRR project but it just hasn't come to fruition yet..A couple questions I have for BP members:1) What are the most common concerns, objections, etc. you've gotten from private money lenders?

An agent that has top tier network to recommend (BRRRR book states rockstars associate with rockstars) An agent that understands why the 75% rule is so helpful for BRRRR.  

  ( I wont elaborate I just hope you take this at heart and read it) .Other than that I dont have much to say because every case is different and every couple have their own personal struggles, though this guys ( IAN LOBAS)  https://www.linkedin.com/in/ianrlobas/ is a ROCK STAR on this topic and is also an RE Investor. 

We are only a couple days in, and the entire interior is ripped down to sheet rock where appropriate.I will provide regular updates on how this renovation progresses through my social media channels and this website.

Second lot does not have any trees but has a lot of rocks (as big 7-8 Ft long).

Modern paint hues, ac, parking blocks, some sexy lighting, new A-E markers, fill some dirt/rock and have everything trimmed up/blown out.

I guess wherever I can find the best deal...My company's HQ is in Round Rock but coming from Boston I am too familiar with a morning commute.

There are also great opportunities in Round Rock, Hutto, and Georgetown. 

as in, if all stars align would it be worth considering ?
