I’ve been debating between putting in new furnaces, running baseboard heating, or installing wall mounted heating and cooling units.   

I was under pressure to make a call due to the inspection contingencies and didn’t have all the information I needed to make a clear decision.

There's way more pressure.

Great tip, I like that it takes the pressure off of me and I can listen and learn from their experiences. 

My understanding is that Arkansas still has a lot of upward pressure on price whereas many other parts of the country are facing declining values so you should be fine as long as there are reasonable comps within the last 6-9 months or so. 

But do not buy or make an offer on any of them, regardless of how excited you get or the pressures from the real estate agent.

Buying an investment property with negative cash flow puts a lot of financial pressure on you.  

Most are simple things like the banister mount broke or some floor trim came loose, that sort of thing.

.- Depending on the motorized opener being wall mounted or ceiling mounted you will need to make sure you have proper clearances for the tracks and head space for the roll up.
