I have a unit in a duplex advertised at various websites and yesterday I had a lead emailed to me from one of the sites I use to advertise.

Don't worry about the new trendy asset class that you're likely to hear about on this week's podcast or read about online.

Notes could be argued to be similarly conservative and the note investors I'm familiar with advertise that they buy at 12% yield minimum.

I keep tabs on all my properties and their advertisements, but that is just due diligence and fun for me, so I don't necessarily see it as work, but with that factored in, maybe an extra 2 hours per week or basically scrolling.....
