I keep tabs on all my properties and their advertisements, but that is just due diligence and fun for me, so I don't necessarily see it as work, but with that factored in, maybe an extra 2 hours per week or basically scrolling.....

After our first tenant moved out I noticed that I couldn't find the scratch anymore.Floors are probably the highest wear item so personally, I would hesitate before buying a budget product, especially if it is not advertised as waterproof.
