If you are holding you are an investor and the irs sees it as investment property, if not you are a flipper/dealer and the IRS does not see the property as an investment for tax purposes.Problem is with two government definitions of "investment" you still can't go to HUD and say the irs does not consider my purchase as an investment since I am planning to flip it so let me skip the 15 day rule.

He felt he was an expert because of all the mobile home roofs he had repaired.It seems like a lot of work & in the colder climes I could see the joints that are tarred together cracking/opening up but it may last long enough to re-sell it :)But to fix a leaking joint I have resorted to the tar fix.

4) The document template formatting in the editor appears differently when the document is actually generated (making for a very ugly document...or a major pain to modify and regenerated a million times to see the actual formatting results)5) Listings on their syndicated sites are on a 48 hour time lag from when you list/de-list from their application.

I still dont see the need for $15k unless you are going full time and need living expenses...Its your life, I'm not gonna tell you how to live it, but I'm with the other guys on here, that's not the smartest move.
