I'm looking for a good insurance agent for landlord insurance policy!

As an agent, you likely have several clients, so ask them if they have had any good experiences with contractors.Your client can do the same with their network.Good contractors are one of the hardest things to find for a flip.  

I'm planning on quitting soon, moving back home for a little and taking a few months in between my next job to pursue my first investment.My rough idea for an investing strategy is:  long-term, not necessarily looking for high cashflow (just want to start building equity), quality deals > amt. of doors, Class A/B neighborhoods mainly for low vacancy.

Good morning, I am currently using Turbotenant for tenant screening/rent collection and reminders, and lease creation.

I say all this to illustrate in the Minnesota market that these rules can be good starting points but you’ll need experience to understand how to apply the rules.
