When should I do a walk through of the house and handover the keys?

The key is that you MUST declare all of the expenses it takes to legitimately run your business/manager your property. 

I contacted a property management company called "key renter" in the area and spoke to them. 

I hope to meet new colleagues and make long lasting relationships as I know this is key in being successful in real estate. 

I’m living in downtown West Palm Beach, Florida and will be relocating my job (J-ust ab-O-ve B-roke) to Raleigh North Carolina along with several weeks working in my home town of Key West Florida.

Something robust and complex enough to house all the data, but also simple enough to be able to draw the key insights as to where the sample property stands relative to the market place and how much rents have the potential to rise.

If you went to a college in an area that is great for investing, build relationships with potential key team members, and move after college, you still have those relationships to help you with your investing while you're living in another state.Now if your goal is to be a real estate investor, we could have another conversation on if college is necessary for that career.
