looking for Architect/Engineer  who is working closely with Forsyth County Planning and  Zoning department and  to do review the lot Survey for how many Single family homes/Townhomes can build in these lots located in Forsyth county.

Although I am still a real estate rookie, here I am with my big opportunity to get the engine rolling.
