The city grossly underestimated rehab costs, but Zech gave a fair estimate as to what these would cost including partial excavation and replacing of foundation block and replacement of 29 windows in order to meet rental weatherization standards.Firm believer in karma, so hopefully the powers that be in the city of Milwaukee will see the rationale in these bids and allow me to take a tax burden off their hands and bring Zech and Michael into the rehab!
