The price on the shelf might be cheaper at one of the big chains,but in my experience,if you are a regular customer at the smaller building supplies,they will discount everything you buy.Go into HD and ask them what kind of deal they can give you on something and they only have the authority to sell it as priced.The other guys will cut you a deal to keep your buisness.

they're hoping to score two weeks of free rent. after all, he is the local TV man, he's used to getting free stuff from the public. reminded me of Donald Trump who always goes to the top restaurants but never gets to pay for his meals, cause every owner thinks they gotta treat a billionaire with free food.

We were informed to do a chain of title to get to original owner/ builder, find out if it was built like that or when it was converted and get documents to prove it was like that prior to change of code.
