Purchase price: $1,700,000 I invested in the Bel Aire Apartments in Burlington due to its potential for long-term cash flow and appreciation.

Right now my goals are to learn as much as I can and become familiar with the industry so I can find/make informed and confident deals/decisions.Wholesaling interests me, especially as a start, but eventually i'd like to establish a portfolio of rentals for monthly cash flow and accumulating assets.All that to say...I'm excited to connect with others in my area that share interests in real estate!

@Alec Jacobs downtown Beaver Falls can be good for cash flow but I wouldn't expect much upside long term in terms of rent/value growth there.

I own cash-flowing Short-Term, Mid-Term and Long-Term rentals throughout several counties in Southern California and you could do the same.Good luck playing soccer and good luck on your Real Estate journey!

House hacking can also be a viable option to offset negative cash flow.

Besides teaching about discounted cash flows, the man was a dealmaking genius.

Cleveland and Toledo Ohio are good cash flow markets! 

This will allow me to pull even more cash flow from it in the future to use for more investments.

Some properties I have had for a little longer than others but thankfully, they are all cash flow.
