Biggest thing for me that after going back and forth on the main page and here is I've noticed that the little grey border is gone for this part which makes the whole screen white so there isn't any way to separate anything.

No matter how good the area, don't forget that.Granite, hardwood or any other expensive renovating material is a waste of money bordering on insane and is a mistake many new landlords make.

I am from Toronto and there is a lot of educating to be done to be succesful on the other side of the border but its also not rocket science.My advice is figure out exactly what you want (flip, buy and hold, passive investor/lender...) and then focus on choosong a market which you will get to know very well.Let me know if you have any questions and welcome to BP!
