I’m so used to the rat race that I have an underlying fear of creating so much debt that I won’t be able to recover. what if I can’t resell?

The ski resort I’m looking into also has a mountain bike race, , Spartans obstacle course race as well as several hiking trails so it’s also good seasonal.

I just think he has a few cart-before-the-horse issues that all in all are not hard to fix. 

Its the investors that didn't know what they were doing and just looked at the wrong numbers and threw it up on airbnb made quick money fast, and now they are just hoping and praying with no plan and no strategy.....and overpaid are the ones in trouble and they are the ones that are lowering prices like crazy- which hurts everyone bc that is just a race to the bottom.

Make sure the area isn’t already heavily saturated with Airbnb’s or has enough demand to compensate for the saturation, otherwise it’s just a race to the bottom for pricing3. make sure you can’t make more in RENT without having to cover utilities and other expenses 4. 

I am so sick and tired of all these uneducated opinions fluiong around on BP, and not to mention all the gurus teaching people utter horse crap.
