not exactly sure what your describing I have never seen a home built in the areas I work with block only in FLA.but for design.. look at these The Village at Rand Road in Hood River Oregon  ( google it) I built those 24 homes and I think they are cool so would be interested to get your take.. and in Hood river its like were you live we have to build for 125 mile winds. that area can get 100 mile an hour winds in the winter.. look at 8 woodal ct in Charleston SC  see what you think of that one.. we built it last year.Look at 20 F st Charleston it fresh and new on the market.. 

For online payments that are auto-debited from the tenant's account, the payment can also bounce due to NSF, but there are no fees from the banks or www.erentpayment.com.

Grocery, hardware, auto, medical etc all within 10 min drive.

Also auto downloads transactions from the operating account and any other rental accounts.

For newer investors I do more then just set up an auto search and send hand picked deals but for the experienced buyers the face that I am fast and negotiate the same way (fast) to lock down deals is definitely it.
