I can see the neighbors yard 4 houses down and they can see mine.That may not sound like a good thing, but if there was someone in my yard trying to break in my house, I'd definitely want 4 of my neighbors to be able to see into my yard.

A closing agent will want to see the authorization with the manager or appointed member having the authority to act on behalf of the business.BTW, speaking of authorizations, I have seen where investors are taking the LLC docs to settlement along with the Operating Agreement.
