just to challenge you a little - where on the east coast are you located? 

I didn't read all replies so someone might have said this already but I do accept credit score under 620 with two times security deposit amount. 

The landlord has $2000 from us in security deposit.We are moving out by the end of May, and my concern is that they may falsely charge us for damages or things that were not done by us and I need to safeguard my interest.
