@Christine MwaiI understand the importance of due diligence before hand, and there are online places where you can run title for $150 and I am not sure the reliability of those online title reports.....BUT that seems to be all you can do in term of homework.....What if title issues are discovered during the close process AFTER payment was already paid at the auction?
