NOTE: We have a specific POA - power of attorney given to us to act on behalf of the loan borrowers with regard to THIS property and their loan.

I would expect to see property management, admin, marketing, and contract services (more than just lawn care.) 

We haven't done the subscription either due to our market being mostly Airbnb.

Most home warranty policies would cover leaks.As far as what is acceptable, in my market (Milwaukee) nobody bats an eye on cast iron sewer pipes or clay tile sewer lateral.

We actually market 25 of the largest counties in Florida, excluding Miami-Dade and Broward. 

We went directly to the listing agent, and we noticed that it was on the market for a very long time.
