I am originally from Orange County, but plan to stay in the Los Angeles market upon graduation, December 2017.I began my real estate experience in multifamily interning as a commercial real estate broker’s assistant at Marcus & Millichap in the Long Beach office.

@Andrew Ware   Andrew I was making the assumption he was talking about PRIME IRVINE or OC ( Orange County CA )  not Texas or some other market were there is a lot of new construction that is being sold for rental purposes. 

I have been studying Real Estate for about 6 months now and want to start investing in multi-family homes. first problem I live in a real expensive area in Orange County (for work), so I cant afford local.

East Orange and Union.

my brokers office is located about 50-60 (inland empire) miles away from where i spend most of my time at (los angeles/orange county).reason why i joined that office is because my buddy works there and wanted me to join. but im looking to farm in LA/OCMy business cards and postcards will have this inland empire address on it and im worried i will have trouble getting leads because my office is pretty far. will it effect my business?
