Years ago we spoke with a lender about several types of lines of credit.

Generally, they are very detail oriented and will inspect things you would never think to look at as a new investor.Additionally, a sewer line inspection is a life saver.

If you look at the very bottom line, the results are remarkably different.

Now I hope I wasnt out-of-line for asking.

Hi all,I purchased my first home which is a 4 bed and 2.5 bath townhouse.

I was working with someone who flaked and need to get this across the finish line asap. 

These will be addressed without any "gray lines".It is stated in my lease that "Tenant is responsible for keeping all interior and exterior of property clean and free of clutter and dirt/grime".

This is why I always recommend using an Independent Agent that has the best interest of the customer at heart, not the best interest of the companies bottom line. 

I pitched my offer and told them my story and they fell hook line and sinker.
