Need to specify exactly what the deal is.Any professional organization (company, business entity) that requires a professional license, from what I have ever seen, requires all to hold that license, an engineering company must have all engineers, a beauty shop must have owners as beauticians, a law firm made up of lawyers.

My only strength is that I am a Civil engineer and I work for a local municipality in California doing development review and permitting, so I know that side of things, and I worked for a consulting engineering firm for a few years before that, so I know how to design and process subdivisions and developments from an engineering standpoint, but that doesn't really help me with the networking / deal finding deals side of things.
