I know this isn't possible right now but if it does become realistic I would strongly encourage you to come into town and meet with a few managers and have them take you on an area tour of potential investment neighborhoods.Don't get too caught up in the fees.

They are garbage and they are getting scammed.Tell the 3 BP members that I have given the grand tour to. 

You said you and your wife plan on living in it for the duration of your next tour so I don't see that being an issue.

I sent them off market deals, toured properties for them, and helped refer them to PMs.

How would you feel if the buyer the agent was touring the night before wasn’t ready, willing, and able to purchase (pre qualified) and you missed out on the property you wanted to see and/or buy?

And go to Roberts on Broadway some evening (early ish to get a seat), the band will get introduced at some point and you’ll learn that between the ~6 of them on stage they’ve toured with and/ or played on every album since Willie Nelson was in short pants.

I grab a buddy of mine, in an attempt to convince him to Project Manage for me as I show him how I work numbers and we hit the property for a scope tour.
