Would love to get involved with some local real estate clubs.  

They are in the mid $100k and are about 10%-15% from 2007 in good neighborhoods.This isn't a bet on appreciation as they still cash flow but moreover future planning/selling.

I have a four plex under contract and have some hesitations about how involved I will have to be.

So if she cannot apply for disabled housing herself and is in need of assistance, family should be involved, as they have been supporting her in this house rent free for years.  

Once you know how to put deals together then you can help other people invest, use their deposits and still be involved in dealsSo in summary as many deals as you can creatively put together

Get involved, network don't sell yourself or become in auto-sale mode,genuinely talk to people and see what there up to.

Passive means if they are not actively involved in the business or decision makers. 

The hundred bucks off the top or whatever, is perfectly fine for me to pay.This sounds so terrible, but I just can't get involved in a renters business or life.

I know things have been changing but there is some red tape involved investing there.
