Some will only allow interior renovations, others will allow some exterior updates, and I believe all of them have to go through a different board for approval.

I have some photos of the interior and have a general idea...like removing paneling and replacing with drywall. 

His landlord reached out to him, asking if he could come over to walk the property's interior. 

Hubby and I both hustle, him at a W2 and I own my own interior design firm….

So obviously, fixing and flipping it out for me (unless my spouse has some interior decorating skill I have yet to see in 20+ years), and being a landlord is in the same category of punishment as a root canal.

They provide guest greets upon arrival, interior inspections weekly and will perform grocery shopping for me should I run out of anything.
